Free mock-ups and development !

We can handle the complete development of your packaging.

This includes the creation of the entire package as well as its multiple development stages.

A variety of services that have enabled us to respond to a large number of requests from our partners.

On the other hand, we continue to work on new future projects, we will also be able to strengthen our links with our current employees and attract new customers.

  • According to the product to be packed, we suggest to our customers different types of packaging (packs, sheaths, boxes to be assembled,…).

We also recommend (virgin fiberboard, recycled, kraft, etc.) whose characteristics are perfectly adapted to the targeted market (food, pharmaceutical, etc.).

  • This can be achieved through the creation of mock-ups, in order to determine together the appropriate packaging and materials.

Then, we suggest the launching of blank prototypes, this step serves to confirm the good mechanization of the pack on the customer’s packaging machines.

Packaging Printing

ON CARDBOARD & PVC

emballage2

We are adopting the sheet-fed offset process because it is the most suitable printing technique for the packaging market.

The offset technique allows us to reproduce the desired results at an industrial cadence.

We have chosen 5-color offset presses + varnish because this configuration covers, to date, 90% of packaging printing in Europe.

This means that we are able to print, in line, 5 colors, generally a four-color process for photo type renderings and an accompanying tint which is the customer’s visual signature, and then apply a finishing varnish (acrylic, blister, UV or effects).

Finally, the design of the materials we use allows for the use of “thick” supports. This means that we can print on very thick cardboard (up to 1mm thick), nano-flute and PVC.

Therefore, The range of products and markets that we can reach is unlimited.

The on-board UV curing equipment allows us to print not only on traditional materials such as paper and cardboard, but also on plastic materials such as PVC.

PRINTING OF CARDBOARD PACKAGING

CUTTING, FOLDING, GLUING & PACKAGING

The finishing is the post-printing part and includes several services :

The flat cut

Each packaging has its particular form and dimensions. Therefore, the creation of a specific cutting tool is essential.

We work with partners specialized in the design and production of these tools. Once the cutting form has been designed, it is placed on our cutting plates.

These machines are capable of cutting, at more than 7,000 sheets / h, on any type of support (paper, cardboard, plastic, micro-flute) up to 2mm thick.

Folding and gluing

Once cut, the boxes must still be folded and glued. This step is carried out by a machine called “folding and gluing machine”.

Our equipment allows us to glue all types of boxes (straight flaps, automatic bottom, double wall, 4 corners), sheaths or riders, on various supports from compact cardboard to complexed cardboard through nano-flute or micro-flute.

The opening of our machines (width of 1100mm) allows the folding and gluing of very large boxes.

Laminating

The technical characteristics of solid board have limits in terms of thickness and rigidity, so it is sometimes necessary to use more resistant materials for specific packs (boxes containing heavy or bulky products) or for POP displays, such as counter displays.

This is known as counter-gluing, i.e. the gluing of a thin support (paper or light cardboard) on a very rigid support such as micro flute for example.

We have a machine dedicated to this step that allows us to offer any type of laminating, even double laminating (3 layers of cardboard glued together).
